Glucose-6-Phosphatase, Rabbit (EC 3.1.3.9), is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of glucose-6-phosphate, resulting in the production of a phosphate group and free glucose. The glucose thus produced is then exported from the cell via glucose transporter proteins.
