Laminarinase, Trichoderma sp.

Laminarinase, derived from Trichoderma sp. (EC 3.2.1.6), is capable of degrading cellulose, xylan, and β-1,4-xylans by targeting β-1,4-glucans. β-glucanases are a class of carbohydrate enzymes that can break the glycosidic bonds within β-glucans.
