TRITC-lysine-dextran (MW 500kDa)

This product is a 500 kDa dextran polymer conjugated with lysine and labeled with the fluorescent dye TRITC. The lysine modification enhances its binding affinity for glutamic acid-plasminogen compared to unmodified dextran. It is widely used in vascular biology and angiogenesis research for in vivo and in vitro tracing of macromolecular permeability and lymphatic uptake.
