Nitric oxide production-IN-11k is a compound that exerts anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the TLR4, JNK, and NF-κB signaling pathways. Nitric oxide production-IN-11k suppresses nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells, with an IC50 of 23.2 μM. The mechanism of action involves downregulation of TLR4 expression, inhibition of JNK phosphorylation, and suppression of NF-κB activation, thereby reducing the expression of iNOS and COX-2 and consequently decreasing the production of inflammatory mediators such as NO, PGE2, and TNF-α.
