Saponin D is a naturally occurring compound that can be extracted from the leaves of Hovenia dulcis. Through alkaline cleavage of its glycosidic bonds, Jujubogenin and Saponin G are obtained. Self-nanoemulsifying adjuvants containing Saponin D can enhance immune responses and exhibit anti-lymphoma effects.
