Ophiopogonoside B
Epanorin is a secondary metabolite of the Acarospora lichenic species. It can inhibit cancer cell proliferation, reduce reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, and induce G0/G1 phase arrest. Epanorin also exhibits antibacterial activity and can be used in studies related to cancer, such as breast cancer, as well as infections like Streptococcus pneumoniae (S. pneumonia) infection.
