Illudin B
Illudin B is a DNA-targeting cytotoxin that disrupts DNA replication and transcription by forming interstrand cross-links through covalent bonding with DNA. Illudin B induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis (apoptosis) and exhibits toxic effects on various tumor cells, such as those found in leukemia, breast cancer, and lung cancer.
