In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG1 in guinea pig serum and other body fluids or to determine its concen- tration. To prepare an immunoadsorbent for the purification of guinea pig IgG1 from serum or plasma.
