MPEG-Amide-tri (DPCA)

MPEG-Amide-tri (DPCA) is a PEG-DPCA conjugate that can self-assemble with PEG-DPCA conjugate 1 to form a supramolecular polymer hydrogel with a nanofiber structure. This hydrogel exhibits shear-thinning properties, making it suitable for injectable drug delivery. It possesses a high drug-loading capacity and can biodegrade in vivo into DPCA and PEG, facilitating ear hole regeneration in adult non-healing mice. mPEG-Amide-tri (DPCA) is applicable in tissue regeneration research.
