Oxalomalic acid (Oxalomalate) trisodium is a aconitase and NADP-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase inhibitor. Oxalomalic acid trisodium inhibits nitrite production and iNOS protein expression in lipopolysaccharide (HY-D1056) -activated J774 macrophages[1].
