Indolmycin

Indolmycin is an antibiotic that is effective against a wide range of bacteria, inhibiting tryptophan-trna synthase (TrpRS), an enzyme essential for protein synthesis in bacteria, and competing to bind directly to the active site of TrpR and cause bacterial death.
