TNG961
TNG961 is a potent, highly selective, CRBN-dependent HBS1L (GSPT3) molecular chaperone inhibitor. By degrading HBS1L, TNG961 specifically disrupts protein homeostasis in FOCAD-deficient cancer cells, thereby inducing growth inhibition and cell death. TNG961 can be used in studies of FOCAD-deficient tumors.
