It significantly inhibits the proliferation of HeLa cells, inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. In mouse models with HeLa cell xenografts, PROTACPLK1 Degrader-2 displays strong antitumor activity, making it a valuable tool for studying cervical cancer.
