PROTAC c-Met Degrader-4
PROTACc-Met Degrader-4 (compound D15) is a potent and orally active PROTACc-MET degrader. It demonstrates exceptional intracellular degradation activity with a DC50 of less than 0.5 nM. This compound can induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis (apoptosis), inhibit cell invasion and migration, thereby suppressing cell proliferation. It also inhibits the growth of Hs746T xenograft tumors in nude mice. PROTACc-Met Degrader-4 is applicable in cancer research, including studies on non-small cell lung cancer and gastric cancer.
