Precipitating polyclonal rabbit antiserum to mouse Fab of IgG. In immunofluorescence techniques as ELISA, DOT BLOT and immunoblotting is done to identify and measure immunoglobulins; as secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal mouse serum.
