(S) -JWZ-5-13

(S) -JWZ-5-13 (compound 17-Neg) is a PROTAC CDK7 degrader and serves as a negative control for JWZ-5-13. It inhibits CDK7 in vitro with an IC50 of 21.1 nM, similar to JWZ-5-13, but does not induce CDK7 degradation in cells.
