PROTACUSP7 Degrader-2 (Compound D16) is a potent and selective USP7 PROTAC degrader with a DC50 of 1.91 μM (in TE-12 cells) . It inhibits the migration of upper gastrointestinal (UGI) cancer cells while exhibiting weak antiproliferative activity. This compound is utilized for research on metastatic UGI cancer.
