PROTACBCL6 Degrader-2 (Compound A19) is an orally active, selective BCL6 PROTAC degrader with an IC50 of 34 pM in OCI-LY1 cells and 0.45 nM in HEK293T cells. It facilitates the ubiquitination and degradation of BCL6, exhibiting anticancer activity against BCL6-dependent diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
