C14-Tri-LAN-Gly
C14-Tri-LAN-Gly is a highly selective and efficient NOD1 agonist. It activates NOD1 and inhibits the expression of cleaved-caspase3 while upregulating A20 expression. By preventing hepatocyte apoptosis (Apoptosis), C14-Tri-LAN-Gly protects mice from lethal hepatitis. Additionally, it inhibits osteoblast formation and promotes osteoclast generation.
