The compound exhibits IC50 values of 2.3, 42, and 0.58 μM for cardiac myosin (CMM), skeletal muscle myosin (SKM), and non-muscle myosin-2A (NMM-2A), respectively. CK-571 is utilized in research on asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and other smooth muscle-related disorders.
