It shows sensitivity to mutations Val66, Ile174, and V66I174AA, with IC50 values of 13.8 nM, 12.5 nM, and 23.35 nM, respectively, and demonstrates weak inhibitory activity against PIM1 with an IC50 of 8.52 μM.
