Ortho-Topolin riboside
Ortho-Topolin riboside is a cytokinin naturally secreted from leaves of the small hybrid poplar (Populus x) after sunrise. In comparison to other cytokinins, ortho-Topolin riboside exhibits a distinctive cytotoxic effect on the NCI60 cell line. It induces cell differentiation in acute myeloid leukemia HL-60 cells by inhibiting the STAT3 signaling pathway.
