Antiviralagent 77 (Compound 46) is a potent oral antiviral agent capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. It demonstrates antiviral activity against CedV with an EC50 of 1.08 μM in rCedV-Luc reporter gene assays, as well as against NiV-M with an EC50 of 2.91 μM, NiV-B, and HeV.
