Multitarget AD-IN-4

Multitarget AD-IN-4 (compound IIIj) is a multitarget-directed ligand (MTDL) that concurrently inhibits various cholinesterases, including EeAChE with an IC50 of 0.157 μM, eqBuChE with an IC50 of 0.147 μM, hAChE with an IC50 of 1.551 μM, and hBuChE with an IC50 of 2.152 μM. It also exhibits antioxidant activity, offers neuroprotection, and inhibits calcium channels with an IC50 of 30.59 μM. Furthermore, Multitarget AD-IN-4 can reverse scopolamine-induced amnesia in mouse models and is applicable for Alzheimer's disease (AD) research.
