Fyn-IN-1
Fyn-IN-1 (Compound 43) is a selective inhibitor of Fyn and GSK-3β that can cross the blood-brain barrier, with IC50 values of 0.044 μM and 0.61 μM, respectively. Fyn-IN-1 significantly downregulates the expression of the pro-inflammatory enzyme iNOS and is applicable in neurodegenerative disease research.
