VEGFR-2-IN-79

VEGFR-2-IN-79 (Compound 17) is a VEGFR-2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.32 μM. This compound demonstrates potent and broad-spectrum cytotoxicity and can induce apoptosis in MCF-7 cells. However, it does not cause a significant reduction in the mitochondrial membrane potential of MCF-7 cells. VEGFR-2-IN-79 is applicable for breast cancer research.
