KRAS G13D-IN-2

KRAS G13D-IN-2 (compound 8b) is a potent orally active inhibitor of KRAS G13D, with IC50 values of 1.95 μM in HCT-116G13D and 2.16 μM in HCT-15G13D. It induces G1 phase arrest and mitochondrial membrane depolarization. By inhibiting CDK6/TWIST1, KRAS G13D-IN-2 triggers cellular senescence. Additionally, it suppresses tumor growth in mouse models and is useful for studying KRAS G13D mutant colorectal cancer.
