UK122 hydrochloride
UK122 hydrochloride is a potent and selective inhibitor of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA), with an IC50 of 0.2 μM. It shows little to no inhibitory effect on tissue-type PA (tPA), plasmin, thrombin, and trypsin (IC50 > 100 μM for all) . As a 4-oxazolidinone analog, UK122 hydrochloride acts as an anti-cancer agent by inhibiting cancer cell migration and invasion.
