MRP1-IN-2 (Compound 21) is a selective inhibitor of MRP1 with weak inhibitory effects on P-gp. It exhibits a strong calcein accumulation effect with an EC50 value of 177 nM. Additionally, MRP1-IN-2 enhances the activity of Doxorubicin in resistant cells and can be utilized in research concerning multidrug-resistant cancer.
