Indium (III) chloride
Indium (III) chloride induces cytotoxicity in RAW264.7 macrophages through apoptosis. It leads to genotoxicity by causing DNA damage and activates caspase-3, -8, and -9. Indium (III) chloride triggers a mitochondria-dependent apoptosis pathway and enhances reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in a concentration-dependent manner.
