Microtubule-IN-14

Microtubule-IN-14 (Compound 10u) is a microtubule inhibitor that disrupts the formation of the mitotic spindle by inhibiting tubulin polymerization, thereby arresting the cell cycle at the G2/M phase. Additionally, Microtubule-IN-14 induces apoptosis in tumor cells by promoting a decline in mitochondrial membrane potential and a surge in ROS. It is utilized in the study of non-small cell lung cancer and liver cancer.
