HIV-IN-13 prodrug
HIV-IN-13 prodrug (Compound 8) is a precursor to an HIV inhibitor. It shows no antiviral activity in the absence of glutathione (GSH) . However, with the addition of 1 mM and 2 mM GSH, the EC50 values against HIV-1 are 10 μM and 8.2 μM, respectively. HIV-IN-13 prodrug is applicable for HIV infection research.
