Fenbuconazole
Fenbuconazole is a triazole fungicide that inhibits sterol biosynthesis to exert its antifungal effects. It acts as an inhibitor of human aromatase activity in the human choriocarcinoma cell line (JEG-3) . Fenbuconazole significantly increases DNA damage in onion root tip cells and markedly raises the rate of cell abnormalities in vitro. Its ED50 values are 0.21 μg/mL for M.citri and 1.01 μg/mL for C. acutatum.
