V-11-0711 hydrochloride

V-11-0711 (hydrochloride) is a potent and selective Chk-α inhibitor with an IC50 of 20 nM. This compound significantly reduces PCho levels and can cause reversible growth arrest. At high concentrations, V-11-0711 (hydrochloride) induces apoptosis. It is applicable in research on cervical cancer and triple-negative breast cancer.
