Thioaspirine
Thioaspirine is a carbonic anhydrase (CA) inhibitor with Ki values of 64.3 μM for hCA II and 10.9 μM for hCA IX. It effectively alleviates inflammatory pain in mice induced by complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) . Thioaspirine is applicable for research on inflammatory pain.
