TCCNeu5Ac
TCCNeu5Ac (compound H-56) is a trisaccharide ligand with high affinity and selectivity for Siglec-1 (CD169) . It can conjugate with lipids to selectively target cells that express mouse or human CD169 in vitro, and target CD169-positive macrophages in vivo. TCCNeu5Ac is applicable for macrophage delivery in vivo.
