Microtubule-IN-15

Microtubule-IN-15 (Compound 10v) is an inhibitor of microtubules. It disrupts the formation of the mitotic spindle by inhibiting tubulin polymerization, thus arresting the cell cycle at the G2/M phase. Additionally, Microtubule-IN-15 triggers apoptosis in tumor cells by causing a decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential and a burst of ROS. This compound is useful for researching non-small cell lung cancer and liver cancer.
