CDC25-IN-2 (Compound 1d) is a selective inhibitor of the phosphatase Cdc25, exhibiting IC50 values of 44.4, 55.2, and 53.9 μM for human Cdc25A, Cdc25B, and Cdc25C respectively. By inhibiting Cdc25 phosphatase activity, CDC25-IN-2 can halt cell cycle progression and is applicable for cancer research.
