AXIN2/β-catenin-IN-1
Anticanceragent 291 (Compound 2406) is an anticancer compound. It disrupts the integrity of the β-tubulin cytoskeleton and inhibits WNT/β-catenin (Wnt/β-catenin) signaling pathways. This compound significantly suppresses tumor cell invasion, migration, and colony formation. Anticanceragent 291 induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest in EC-9706 and HT-29 cells, thereby inhibiting cell proliferation. It is used in gastrointestinal cancer research.
