AChE/BChE-IN-32

AChE/BChE-IN-32 (Compound 4a) is an inhibitor of AChE and BChE, with Ki values of 2.48 μM and 0.696 μM, respectively. This compound hinders Aβ aggregation and exhibits significant ABTS•+ scavenging activity (TEAC = 2.40) . Additionally, AChE/BChE-IN-32 demonstrates notable neuroprotective effects in models of oxidative stress induced by glutamate and hydrogen peroxide. It is applicable for Alzheimer's disease research.
