SR8185 is a potent and selective dual inhibitor of TBK1/IKKi, with IC50 values of 3 nM for IKKi and less than 10 nM for TBK1. It exhibits strong and broad-spectrum antiproliferative effects on human cancer cells. SR8185 can be utilized in cancer research.
