RNA splicing modulator 6 (Compound c7) is an RNA splicing modulator that can induce changes in pre-mRNA splicing. It leads to the accumulation of unspliced RNA in Hs-Hsh155 strains and inhibits the proliferation of chronic myeloid leukemia cells with the cancer-related SRSF2P95H mutation.
