ST17 is a light-activated prodrug of ST13 that rapidly releases ST13 upon irradiation. ST13 is a potent, slow-binding, and tight-binding inhibitor of HDAC1/HDAC2 with antiproliferative activity. ST17 is applicable in melanoma and breast cancer research.
