NQO2 activator-1
NQO2 activator-1 (Compound 1d) is a selective NQO2 activator that enhances NQO2 activity by 20.89% at a concentration of 10μM. It strongly inhibits the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome and is applicable to research in inflammatory and immune disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
