NOD1/2 antagonist-2
NOD1/2 antagonist-2 (Compound 26BH) is a dual NOD1/NOD2 antagonist with IC50 values of 2.36 μM for NOD1 and 4.16 μM for NOD2. It inhibits the NF-κB and MAPK inflammatory signaling pathways, thereby enhancing the effect of Paclitaxel in inhibiting the growth of Lewis lung cancer.
