Sirtuin-IN-1

Sirtuin-IN-1 (Compound 18) is an inhibitor of SIRT1/2, with IC50 values of 6.2 μM for SIRT1 and 4.2 μM for SIRT2. It can induce G1 phase cell cycle arrest and demonstrates effective anticancer activity against glioma.
