UCM1400 inhibits MT2 receptor-mediated reduction of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) with a pIC50 value of 7.87. It exhibits antiproliferative activity on human glioma cells and inhibits tumor growth, making it a potential candidate for cancer research, including studies on gliomas.
