SKF-83566-PEG1-pomalidomide

SKF-83566-PEG1-pomalidomide (Compound 8a) is an antitumor agent composed of SKF-83566, a dopamine D1 receptor antagonist, and Pomalidomide, an immunomodulator, linked via a covalent bond. It exhibits IC50 values of 5.5 μM and 10.13 μM against MDA-MB-231 and HeLa cells, respectively, and effectively inhibits cancer cell invasion, migration, and colony formation. Additionally, SKF-83566-PEG1-pomalidomide suppresses tumor growth and angiogenesis in the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) xenograft model using MDA-MB-231 cells. This compound is applicable in breast cancer research.
