Norzine dimalate
Norzine dimalate (Thiethylperazine dimalate) is a phenothiazine derivative and an orally effective antagonist of dopamine D2 receptors and histamine H1 receptors. It functions as a selective ABCC1 activator, reducing amyloid-β burden in mice. Thiethylperazine also possesses antiemetic, antipsychotic, and antimicrobial properties.
