GK730

GK730 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 main protease, with an IC50 value of 5.75 nM. It does not inhibit cathepsin B and shows weak inhibition of cathepsin L (IC50 of 11 μM) . GK730 effectively blocks both viral replication and the entry pathways of variants like Omicron. In Vero E6 cells, the EC50 value for wild-type SARS-CoV-2 is 5.70 μM, with a CC50 value greater than 100 μM. GK730 is applicable for COVID-19 research.
